Step 1

Whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar and stevia in a medium bowl; set aside.

Step 2

Break the cauliflower and broccoli up into small florets and toss in the bowl.

Slice the bacon up into small bits and toss in the bowl along with the shredded cheese.

Step 4

Mix together until all ingredients all well coated.

Refrigerate for an hour to allow the flavors to meld.

Great salad but doesn’t make much — next time I will probably double everything! I assumed the bacon was cooked until crisp and I used about 3 pieces along with a bit extra of the cheese. Delicious! Thanks for sharing!
