"This is a regular side salad here. It is quick and easy to put together, we love the sweet and saltiness in this salad. For this to be low-carb, stick to the serving size. But if not following a low-carb diet, this is pretty much 1 serving."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar and stevia in a medium bowl; set aside.

Break the cauliflower and broccoli up into small florets and toss in the bowl.
Step 3
Slice the bacon up into small bits and toss in the bowl along with the shredded cheese.
Step 4
Mix together until all ingredients all well coated.
Step 5
Refrigerate for an hour to allow the flavors to meld.
