"I use Buttercream Frosting to top these bars, and if I am making them for the holidays I add food coloring to the mixture and then after I frost the tops of the bars I sprinkle on holiday or colored sprinkles representing the holiday. Everyone loves to receive these when I make them for my holiday cookie platters. The size of the bars will yield different amounts, depending on how big you cut them, so my serving size is approximate."

I made these for St Patrick's day for our dessert. I made a great Butter Cream frosting tinted green to top them with, and they turned out great!

I made these to go on my trays for Christmas for my neighbors this year and froze them. I didn't frost them before freezing but will do that tomorrow when I assemble the trays. They were great with a cup of cocoa shared with my granddaughter!

I made these for my grandson because they are his favorite Big Cookies as he calls them. But it seems my husband likes them too because he ate 3 bars before I noticed he got into them! Mason is going to be so happy nana made these just for him and surprised too, cause mom is the only one that has made them for him!

I made up a batch to bring to work and my coworkers wanted the recipe. They are so good, especially with the frosting. If you like sugar cookies but are too lazy to make and decorate them, this is the way to go! You won't get any complaints!

These are like a huge sugar cookie with your favorite frosting. My daughter whipped up some for us one night and it instantly became a favorite for us. They are perfect snacks for my lunch box!

Sugar Cookies are great but these bars are even better. They are easier to make and you just cut them in bars and frost. You can make them a lot faster and they are delicious!
