Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook chicken in water until tender.

Remove and debone.

Cut into chunks.

Saute vegetables in melted butter until almost done.

Meanwhile, heat chicken stock to boiling.
Step 7
In skillet, add flour, curry powder, nutmeg, and pepper; blend well with butter and vegetables.
Step 8
To this, add the 3 quarts of boiling chicken stock.
Step 9
Stir very well, then add the uncooked noodles, diced chicken, parsley, and wine, stirring occasionally.
