We loved these pork chops. They were tender and tasted so good I had to have two. My son said they were the best I ever made. So happy to have this recipe!

I used 1/2 cup sour cream and low sodium soup. The chops are so juicy and tender this way. The flavor of the chops and stuffing were so good we ate them all up! We want these again. Excellent dish!

Linda we made these pork chops a few nights ago for supper and they are wonderful. Do definitely use a larger baking dish like the recipe calls for so the stuffing mixture can bake evenly. Hubby bought me Stove Top with sage flavor and that was very tasty. Loved the mixture of the sour cream and cream of mushroom soup with the stuffing. The pork chops did pick up the sage flavor while baking. The only thing I would do differently next time is lightly brown the chops first. Thank you for sharing this yummy recipe with us hon!
