"Use on grilled chicken, lamb, or firm fish like salmon or halibut. (do not marinate fish for more than 30 minutes, or it will start to "cook" and turn out tough.) I sometimes pour marinade from meat into a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Use as a sauce for meat after it has been grilled."

I used this to marinade my lamb to have on the grill. Cooked on indirect heat it can't be beat! We loved the flavors from the marinade and it really went into the meat which added so much flavor to it. I can't wait to use it again on fish. Thanks!
