"I found this on a cooking blog somewhere online, but I don't remember where it was. This unique tangy flavored white barbecue sauce is the perfect compliment to just about everything. Every Barbecue restaurant in North Alabama (It's a regional thang) features White Barbecue Sauce on the menu. They pour it over their meats, french fries, dip their bread in it, and pour it over their meat and ribs after it's cooked, and also marinate their meat in it or baste their chicken and ribs with it while it's cooking on the grill. It's even great squirted on your Hush Puppies. However you decide to use it, share it with us so we can try it too. You can add horseradish and cayenne to it if you like for a little added heat."
