Lots of flavor going on which is right up our alley! Made it in the oven as recipe suggested and used a bit extra of garlic and ginger. We all loved it. Thank you Mikekey for sharing. Made it for Billboard Tag.

I used my grill as an oven and baked the fish in it. Didn't want to heat up my kitchen. It was real good and I will have it again and try it in the oven too.

After reading another reviewers comment about taking way longer than 15 minutes to chop 2 cloves of garlic and a little ginger, basil and parsley. It took me about 5 minutes to do that and about another 10 more for everything else, so the timing is about right! This is a splendid dish to make and I loved the flavors with the salmon. Since I eat fish quite often I will prepare this many times in the future!
