"This has cucumber in it, which apparently is not authentic. Most people apparently do not cook the bulgur. They just soak in boiling water for various amounts of time. I am posting this as is. Cook time does not include chill time."

We thoroughly enjoyed this tabbouleh! The flavour balance is right on! Had some left over, and had it in my raw breakfast salad with a drizzle of whipping cream to make into a kind of dressing. Thank you for sharing What?!! Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.

I've made a lot of different tabbouleh's, and this is among the best! Perfect blend of flavors and ingredients. Followed recipe exactly but found my cucumber to be bad when taking out of the fridge -and the photo reflects this. But this salad is even better the next day (with cucumber!) and the next. Love it!
