Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine meat mixture and shape into meatballs.
Step 2
Bring water to a boil in skillet. Add bouillon cubes and stir until dissolved.
Step 3
Gently drop meatballs into simmering bouillon. Cook 10 minutes.
Step 4
Remove meatballs and drain on paper towels.
Step 5
Add lemon juice to bouillon.
Step 6
Dissolve cornstarch in cold water then stir into bouillon. Continue to cook, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened.
Step 7
Add a small amount of hot bouillon mixture to egg yolk.
Step 8
Beat well and stir into bouillon.
Step 9
Remove from heat and pour over meatballs.
Step 10
Serve with potatoes.
