Step 1: Combine meat mixture and shape into meatballs.
Step 2: Bring water to a boil in skillet. Add bouillon cubes and stir until dissolved.
Step 3: Gently drop meatballs into simmering bouillon. Cook 10 minutes.
Step 4: Remove meatballs and drain on paper towels.
Step 5: Add lemon juice to bouillon.
Step 6: Dissolve cornstarch in cold water then stir into bouillon. Continue to cook, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened.
Step 7: Add a small amount of hot bouillon mixture to egg yolk.
Step 8: Beat well and stir into bouillon.
Step 9: Remove from heat and pour over meatballs.
Step 10: Serve with potatoes.
