"I strongly suggest to use Greek yogurt for this it's richer and thicker then regular yogurt, however if you cannot find Greek yogurt just use 4 cups regular full-fat plain yogurt and drain it in the fridge through a triple thickness of cheesecloth for 8 hours or overnight, if you are using Greek yogurt you will not have to strain it but make certain to drain the cucumber very well Plan ahead there is a 2 hour refrigeration time before serving "

This was great over Derf's Pork Souvlaki. I loved the flavors in this and it complimented the pork so well. No wonder they always use this sauce on Souvlaki.
