Step 1

Cook macaroni in heavily salted boiling water adding sausage on top of macaroni

Stir in sugar, flour, salt, and pepper; add ¾ pasta

Water and the vinegar.

Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.

Add kielbasa, macaroni, bacon, and parsley.

Toss together
