"Julie Eisenhower's Chicken Divan is one that I have used since the 60s. I believe she gave it while on the old Mike Douglas daytime talk show. I just thought I would give you a few changes to make it authentic! (g) OK…she may have updated it but there are a few differences and here they are. First of all she gave the recipe for What To Do With Left Over Turkey (or Chicken) after Thanksgiving and/or Christmas."

I love this kind of dish and this was very tasty. I added some diced red bellpepper because I needed to use it, and I didnt have salty crackers for the topping but I did have some corn chips, so I crumbled those and used the,. Delicious, thank you, so much enjoyed!

Everyone really liked this recipe. My DH doesn't usually like curry powder but he liked this because it was just enough to add flavor without overwhelming. It is easy to make and great to have vegetables and meat together.
