Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 bag (16 ounce) frozen broccoli (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 250 grams cooked chicken (cubed, 2 cups, can use leftover turkey)
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounce) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers (crumbled)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • Step 2: Lightly spray bottom of cooking dish with PAM.

  • Step 3: Layer cooked broccoli in bottom of greased casserole.

  • Step 4: Top with leftover turkey/chicken, cubed.

  • Step 5: Combine soup, lemon juice, mayonnaise and curry powder. Spread mixture (it's thick and needs spreading not just pouring in glops).

  • Step 6: Sprinkle with the cheese and Ritz crackers (preferably the original ones) crumbs.

  • Step 7: Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly on sides and nicely browned to a nice tan.
