Step by Step Method
Step 1
Coat chicken breasts with flour and set aside.
Step 2
Using a skillet over low heat, saute 1/4 pound chicken liver in butter.
Step 3
When browned on all sides, add in chicken breasts
Step 4
And season with 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
Step 5
Sprinkle on the juice of 1/2 lemon and turn breasts,
Step 6
Cooking on both sides.
Step 7
Cover skillet.
Step 8
In a mixing bowl,blend 2 Large eggs yolks with 3 Tbsp light cream, and season with 1 tsp salt and freshly ground pepper.
Step 9
Add in this to skillet ingredients,
Step 10
Stirring so as to coat chicken and liver.
Step 11
Cover skillet and cook 30 min over low heat.
Step 12
Turn ingredients once or possibly twice during cooking.
Step 13
Garnish with sprigs of parsley.
