Step 1: Coat chicken breasts with flour and set aside.
Step 2: Using a skillet over low heat, saute 1/4 pound chicken liver in butter.
Step 3: When browned on all sides, add in chicken breasts
Step 4: And season with 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
Step 5: Sprinkle on the juice of 1/2 lemon and turn breasts,
Step 6: Cooking on both sides.
Step 7: Cover skillet.
Step 8: In a mixing bowl,blend 2 Large eggs yolks with 3 Tbsp light cream, and season with 1 tsp salt and freshly ground pepper.
Step 9: Add in this to skillet ingredients,
Step 10: Stirring so as to coat chicken and liver.
Step 11: Cover skillet and cook 30 min over low heat.
Step 12: Turn ingredients once or possibly twice during cooking.
Step 13: Garnish with sprigs of parsley.
