Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts (4 breasts, 8 ounces each)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 pound chicken livers
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 lemon (juice of)
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3 tablespoons light cream (may need more ,seems off to me)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 4 parsley sprigs, garnish

How to Make

  • Step 1: Coat chicken breasts with flour and set aside.

  • Step 2: Using a skillet over low heat, saute 1/4 pound chicken liver in butter.

  • Step 3: When browned on all sides, add in chicken breasts

  • Step 4: And season with 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.

  • Step 5: Sprinkle on the juice of 1/2 lemon and turn breasts,

  • Step 6: Cooking on both sides.

  • Step 7: Cover skillet.

  • Step 8: In a mixing bowl,blend 2 Large eggs yolks with 3 Tbsp light cream, and season with 1 tsp salt and freshly ground pepper.

  • Step 9: Add in this to skillet ingredients,

  • Step 10: Stirring so as to coat chicken and liver.

  • Step 11: Cover skillet and cook 30 min over low heat.

  • Step 12: Turn ingredients once or possibly twice during cooking.

  • Step 13: Garnish with sprigs of parsley.
