"Must have day old plain white cooked rice. Now you can add 1 tablespoon oyster sauce as well as soy sauce like Benihana does. Butter is the secret to this kind of fried rice."

First time EVER making fried rice... and my kids/husband preferred it to our local take-out place! So I'm THRILLED! I had leftover rice and all of the ingredients for this in the house and so I went for it. Adding the soy sauce to the egg was an interesting trick! Glad I made this, and it's a nice recipe to come back to for the next time I have leftover rice. Thanks, Dee!
