Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 14 ounces cooked white rice, (2 cups)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 2 green onions, diced green tops separate
  • 2 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Have veggies all ready.

  • Step 2: Beat eggs with a splash of soy sauce and pepper.

  • Step 3: Add 1 tablespoon butter and splash of oil in hot wok and heat.

  • Step 4: Add seasoned eggs, cook flat and chop up when cooking.

  • Step 5: Remove to plate.

  • Step 6: Add 1 tablespoon butter and splash of oil to pan.

  • Step 7: Stir fry onion, garlic, carrots, peas, and whites of green onion until golden brown.

  • Step 8: Add last of butter, sesame oil and splash of oil.

  • Step 9: Add rice that you have added soy sauce in.

  • Step 10: Stir fry until hot season with pepper to taste.

  • Step 11: Toss in green onion tops and eggs.
