Step 1: Have veggies all ready.
Step 2: Beat eggs with a splash of soy sauce and pepper.
Step 3: Add 1 tablespoon butter and splash of oil in hot wok and heat.
Step 4: Add seasoned eggs, cook flat and chop up when cooking.
Step 5: Remove to plate.
Step 6: Add 1 tablespoon butter and splash of oil to pan.
Step 7: Stir fry onion, garlic, carrots, peas, and whites of green onion until golden brown.
Step 8: Add last of butter, sesame oil and splash of oil.
Step 9: Add rice that you have added soy sauce in.
Step 10: Stir fry until hot season with pepper to taste.
Step 11: Toss in green onion tops and eggs.
