" With the membranes and seeds removed Jalapenos are not all that hot. This does depend where they are from - it seems the more sun they have had the hotter they are. Serve these as an appetizer or as a side dish with a Mexican meal. Also great to serve for those special sports events!"

My son came over last night to watch tv and I made up a batch for us. I didn't think they were too hot at all using mild salsa. Just right for us. They are really yummy! I cooked them till the cheese was all bubbly and melted. Thank you for another great appetizer or snack Bergy! Linda

Can you say HOT? lucky I removed all the seeds!! actually we really loved these heat and all! I added in a small pinch of garlic powder to the cream cheese mixture, all my guests loved them and I sure went through a ton of cold beer and water, thanks will be making them again
