Step 1

In a large re-sealable plastic bag, mix together the olive oil, vinegar, garlic and rosemary.

Step 2

Add the chops and swish together to coat.

Step 3

Place in refrigerator and allow marinating for 2 hours.

Step 4

Remove chops from marinade and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Step 5

Grill until cooked through, about 15 minutes, depending on thickness of chops.

I love a simple recipe and when it tastes as good as this recipe it sure is a bonus. I only did one chop cut the oil back to 1 1/2 tablespoons, cut the rest of the ingredients in half. Thanks for a delicious dinner.

Derf "RIP" Forever in our Kitchen

Yummy pork chops !! i did ours in our grill pan on the stove top, turned out delicious. We loved the seasoning, great flavour, i used rosemary fresh from the garden, thanks for posting , i'll be making this one again and again!!
