Step 1: In a large re-sealable plastic bag, mix together the olive oil, vinegar, garlic and rosemary.
Step 2: Add the chops and swish together to coat.
Step 3: Place in refrigerator and allow marinating for 2 hours.
Step 4: Remove chops from marinade and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Step 5: Grill until cooked through, about 15 minutes, depending on thickness of chops.
