  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large re-sealable plastic bag, mix together the olive oil, vinegar, garlic and rosemary.

  • Step 2: Add the chops and swish together to coat.

  • Step 3: Place in refrigerator and allow marinating for 2 hours.

  • Step 4: Remove chops from marinade and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  • Step 5: Grill until cooked through, about 15 minutes, depending on thickness of chops.
