Step by Step Method
Cook the pasta in heavily salted boiling water until Al dente.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Warm the garlic bread according to instructions.
In a frying pan, heat the oil and add the chicken and rashers (Canadian bacon) and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
Add the mushrooms, garlic and onion, cook for 2 minutes.
Lower the heat and stir in the cream and Parmesan.
Warm through (do not boil) and season to taste with salt, pepper and dried oregano.
Add the drained, cooked pasta and stir.
Portion into pasta bowls, sprinkle some grated Parmesan on top and serve with hot garlic bread.
