Step 1: Cook the pasta in heavily salted boiling water until Al dente.
Step 2: Drain.
Step 3: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 4: Warm the garlic bread according to instructions.
Step 5: In a frying pan, heat the oil and add the chicken and rashers (Canadian bacon) and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
Step 6: Add the mushrooms, garlic and onion, cook for 2 minutes.
Step 7: Lower the heat and stir in the cream and Parmesan.
Step 8: Warm through (do not boil) and season to taste with salt, pepper and dried oregano.
Step 9: Add the drained, cooked pasta and stir.
Step 10: Portion into pasta bowls, sprinkle some grated Parmesan on top and serve with hot garlic bread.
