We love waffles and I'm sure glad these were part of our breakfast for dinner that we enjoy occasionally. They came out fluffy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. The only thing I would do different next time, is to toast the pecans before chopping, as it would bring out their toasty nutty flavor, but no complaints as we all enjoyed these tasty waffles. Thank you, Dee, for sharing.
