"Have all ingredients ready and set out and let each person "design" their own. Yield: 1 Naan per person. Serve with tossed green salad and cold beer. I made these with pizza sauce, but pesto could also be used."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400F.

Step 2

Spread 1/2 cup sauce (or use pesto) on each naan.

Step 3

Place desired cheese on top and arrange toppings of your choice on top of cheese.

Step 4

Add a bit more cheese on top of toppings.

Step 5

Place naans on baking sheet or pizza pan or stone and bake 10-12 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.

Step 6

Serve whole or cut into thirds.
