Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 store-bought (22 ounces) naan bread
  • 2 cups pizza sauce (your favorite kind-or also have pesto on hand)
  • 2 to 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded (or a mix of mozzarella, asiago, provolone, etc)
  • Sliced mushrooms, peppers, onions, tomato, fresh basil etc.
  • Cooked sausage, pepperoni, smoked oysters, etc.

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400F.

  • Step 2: Spread 1/2 cup sauce (or use pesto) on each naan.

  • Step 3: Place desired cheese on top and arrange toppings of your choice on top of cheese.

  • Step 4: Add a bit more cheese on top of toppings.

  • Step 5: Place naans on baking sheet or pizza pan or stone and bake 10-12 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.

  • Step 6: Serve whole or cut into thirds.
