Great tasting salad! Love the combination of tomatoes, onions and cucumbers. Other than subbing with parsley I make as posted. (I love cilantro so it gets snipped into my serving) A wonderful salad not only with curry dishes but any time you need an impressive side salad. Never any left overs and it gets many the recipe request! Thank you for sharing.
