Step by Step Method

Saute bacon, remove from pan, save for later

Add butter to bacon grease

Cover, boil covered for 60 minutes until chicken is cooked

Add kohlrabi boil for 10 minutes

Meanwhile debone chicken and add the meat to the pot and cook 10 minutes

Dish into bowls and top with bacon and sour cream (optional).
