"My DH introduced me to these yummy sandwiches about 10 years ago. Funny thing is neither one of us have had them since than, until tonight. Over the weekend we were at one of those club stores and they had this gorgeous pastrami on sale, so we bought a pound."

We enjoyed this sandwich for lunch! I couldn't find pumpernickel bread at the store so I just used what I had at home. I loved how the cheese melted throughout the meat!

Great way to change up a pastrami sandwich. I put the pickles inside, and they were super like that.

Yummy. Never tried it by grating and melting the cheese into it. Was quite nice getting the cheesy goodness throughout. Thanks Acadia for a great lunch!

I love pastrami and we loved it this way! The photo sold me so I had to run out and get some hard crust rolls and we really loved them!
