Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 F. Drain the olives and pat dry. Set aside.
Step 2
With an electric mixer, blend the cheese and butter. On low speed, gradually add the flour, salt and paprika. Mix just to blend. Chill dough for 1 hour.
Step 3
Pinch off a walnut-sized amount of dough, roll into a ball, then flatten it to a small disk. Wrap around an olive, then pinch to seal. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining olives.
Step 4
Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
