  • 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 48 small stuffed green olives

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 F. Drain the olives and pat dry. Set aside.

  • Step 2: With an electric mixer, blend the cheese and butter. On low speed, gradually add the flour, salt and paprika. Mix just to blend. Chill dough for 1 hour.

  • Step 3: Pinch off a walnut-sized amount of dough, roll into a ball, then flatten it to a small disk. Wrap around an olive, then pinch to seal. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining olives.

  • Step 4: Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
