Step 1

Season chicken with salt and pepper as desired. Brown in hot oil, remove from skillet and keep warm.

Step 2

Saute garlic and ginger, add chicken broth, lemon juice and honey to skillet. Bring to a boil.

Step 3

Thoroughly dissolve the cornstarch with the soy sauce. Add to skillet and stir until thickened.

Step 4

Return chicken to skillet, turn to glaze with honey/lemon sauce and continue simmering until chicken is cooked through.

wow this was wonderful tasty chicken ! the combination of flavours was outstanding, we could pick out each layer of flavour, ginger, lemon and honey, i'll definately be making this again, lovely served over brown rice, the sauce was perfect seeping through the rice. thanks for posting.
