Step 1: Season chicken with salt and pepper as desired. Brown in hot oil, remove from skillet and keep warm.
Step 2: Saute garlic and ginger, add chicken broth, lemon juice and honey to skillet. Bring to a boil.
Step 3: Thoroughly dissolve the cornstarch with the soy sauce. Add to skillet and stir until thickened.
Step 4: Return chicken to skillet, turn to glaze with honey/lemon sauce and continue simmering until chicken is cooked through.
