Step by Step Method

Step 1

Combine oregano, garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoons pepper, and 1/4 teaspoons salt in a bowl.

Step 2

Sprinkle on chicken.

Step 3

Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 4

Add olive oil .

Step 5

Add chicken and spice mixture.

Step 6

Saute chicken until done.

Step 7

Drizzle with 1 tablespoons lemon juice and stir. Remove from pan.

Dressing


Step 8

Combine salt, pepper, to taste yogurt, tahini, and garlic in a small bowl, and stir well.

Step 9

Add enough lemon juice to make pourable but still thick.

Step 10

Toss in chicken if you wish or pour over chicken on salad, your choice

Step 11

Combine lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, onions and olives.

Step 12

Place 2-1/2 cups lettuce mixture on each of four plates.

Step 13

Top each serving with 1/2 cup of chicken mixture and 1 tablespoons cheese.

Step 14

Drizzle each serving with 3 tablespoons yogurt mixture.

Fantastic dinner salad! We all loved the flavor of the chicken and the classic Greek salad combination. The dressing was different than what I'm used to, but I really enjoyed the flavor and consistency (thick) on this salad. Yummy combo!
