Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine oregano, garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoons pepper, and 1/4 teaspoons salt in a bowl.
Step 2
Sprinkle on chicken.
Step 3
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

Add olive oil .
Step 5
Add chicken and spice mixture.
Step 6
Saute chicken until done.
Step 7
Drizzle with 1 tablespoons lemon juice and stir. Remove from pan.
Dressing

Combine salt, pepper, to taste yogurt, tahini, and garlic in a small bowl, and stir well.

Add enough lemon juice to make pourable but still thick.

Toss in chicken if you wish or pour over chicken on salad, your choice
Salad

Combine lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, onions and olives.
Step 12
Place 2-1/2 cups lettuce mixture on each of four plates.
Step 13
Top each serving with 1/2 cup of chicken mixture and 1 tablespoons cheese.
Step 14
Drizzle each serving with 3 tablespoons yogurt mixture.
