Step 1: Combine oregano, garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoons pepper, and 1/4 teaspoons salt in a bowl.
Step 2: Sprinkle on chicken.
Step 3: Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 4: Add olive oil .
Step 5: Add chicken and spice mixture.
Step 6: Saute chicken until done.
Step 7: Drizzle with 1 tablespoons lemon juice and stir. Remove from pan.
Step 8: Combine salt, pepper, to taste yogurt, tahini, and garlic in a small bowl, and stir well.
Step 9: Add enough lemon juice to make pourable but still thick.
Step 10: Toss in chicken if you wish or pour over chicken on salad, your choice
Step 11: Combine lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, onions and olives.
Step 12: Place 2-1/2 cups lettuce mixture on each of four plates.
Step 13: Top each serving with 1/2 cup of chicken mixture and 1 tablespoons cheese.
Step 14: Drizzle each serving with 3 tablespoons yogurt mixture.
