Step by Step Method

Step 1

Combine yoghurt, herbs, garlic, lemon juice and salt and pepper in a screw top jar.

Step 2

Secure lid and shake well to combine.

Recommended for drizzling over lamb, spinach or green salad.

Oh my...the herby flavour with the zing of the lemon is so delicious! Used a combo of thyme, dill and basil for a salad dressing. Looking forward to making this again when my herb garden is ready. Saving this recipe for sure. Thanks for sharing Pat!

In the middle of preparing this I realized we ran out of yogurt, so subbed nonfat sour cream, and still worked like a charm. Served over potatoes and it was a perfect match. Really loved the lemon and fresh herbs in the sauce (used dill and basil).
