Step by Step Method
Step 1
Crush cornflakes and pour into a bowl. Add Grated fresh Parmesan cheese and mix.
Step 2
Separate bowl, combine melted butter, lemon juice, garlic and pepper
Step 3
Dip chicken first in dipping mixture then coating. Lay in baking pan lined with aluminum foil dull side up. Sprinkle with lemon pepper and paprika.
Step 4
Bake 375 f for 25-35 minutes depending on thickness of breasts.
