Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • FOR COATING
  • 1 1/2 cups corn flakes, crushed
  • 3/4 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
  • FOR DIPPING
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 medium lemons (juice of, 1/2 cup)
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • Pepper
  • 2 to 2 1/4 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast (8 breasts)
  • Lemon pepper
  • Paprika

How to Make

  • Step 1: Crush cornflakes and pour into a bowl. Add Grated fresh Parmesan cheese and mix.

  • Step 2: Separate bowl, combine melted butter, lemon juice, garlic and pepper

  • Step 3: Dip chicken first in dipping mixture then coating. Lay in baking pan lined with aluminum foil dull side up. Sprinkle with lemon pepper and paprika.

  • Step 4: Bake 375 f for 25-35 minutes depending on thickness of breasts.
