"This is a hearty, healthy and easy to prepare delicious soup that I have made several times, and every time we have it we love how it fills our bellies and tastes so yummy! I make my own broth to cut the fat and salt even further in this recipe. A tip about shredding the chicken - Use a hand mixer right in the crockpot for this task. Found on Racelschultz.com website."

This was okay and it worked out well for us. Thought it needed something to kick it up a notch.
