"This is a quick and easy Curry recipe I really enjoy. You can adjust the heat by decreasing or increasing the cayenne pepper. The ingredient list might seem long but it is all about the seasoning. The leftovers make a great salad, just chop up the chicken, toss over salad and use the sauce as your dressing, YUM!!!"

I started this recipe and was feeling unwell, so DH took over the cooking. I did not have any as I was fast asleep, but the rest of the family, said they enjoyed it. Even though the list is long this recipe is really very easy and DH had no problems taking over half way through. Everybody seemed to enjoy this meal, and the leftover's were tagged very quickly for lunches the next day.

We thoroughly enjoyed this recipe! The flavours (for us) are well balanced and it is easy to put together. I cooked the breasts for 40 minutes and then let them sit for about 5 minutes and they were perfectly cooked and juicy! Will be making this again! Thanks for sharing. Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.
