Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2
Mix hot water, butter into bowl, stir in stuffing , peppers, and 1/2 half of the pineapple and syrup.
Step 3
Spoon stuffing mixture evenly on chicken breasts and roll tightly securing with toothpicks.
Step 4
Place in 9x9 inch greased square pan .
Step 5
Put remaining stuffing in middle of pan.
Step 6
Mix remaining pineapple, syrup, brown sugar, vinegar and ginger, and spoon over chicken.
Step 7
Bake at 400 degrees F for 30-40 minutes until thoroughly cooked.
