Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2/3 cup water, hot
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 200 grams stuffing mix (2 cups, chicken flavor)
  • 1 can (8 ounce) crushed pineapple (with syrup)
  • 4 (8 to 12 ounces) boneless skinless chicken breasts (pounded to 1/4 inch thick)
  • 3 ounces green bell pepper (1/2 medium pepper, chopped)
  • 1/2 medium red pepper (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Mix hot water, butter into bowl, stir in stuffing , peppers, and 1/2 half of the pineapple and syrup.

  • Step 3: Spoon stuffing mixture evenly on chicken breasts and roll tightly securing with toothpicks.

  • Step 4: Place in 9x9 inch greased square pan .

  • Step 5: Put remaining stuffing in middle of pan.

  • Step 6: Mix remaining pineapple, syrup, brown sugar, vinegar and ginger, and spoon over chicken.

  • Step 7: Bake at 400 degrees F for 30-40 minutes until thoroughly cooked.
