"I usually like vegetables cooked until just heat through and still crisp. With this recipes the veggies come out almost carmelized. Lovely flavour. They are great over pasta or rice. If you love veggies this serves two but it can stretch to four. I use only 1/2 teaspoon of Tabasco but if you love heat add 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes. To make the recipe vegetarian use vegetable broth"

Step 1

Add your carrots, peppers and onion to the actifry, sprinkle with oil set timer for 5 minutes

Step 2
