Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3/4 cup carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup red pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper. chopped
  • 1/2 cup yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon oil (olive oil)
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth (or vegetable broth, warm)
  • 3/4 cup fresh green string beans, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
  • 4 medium fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (Tabasco, or your favorite hot sauce)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Add your carrots, peppers and onion to the actifry, sprinkle with oil set timer for 5 minutes
