"This is a recipe I found at crispywaffledotcom by Sheryl Cababa. She states that this recipe is usually made with long beans, but because of where she lives, they aren't available, she decided to sub haricots verts. She stated that this type of recipe normally included shrimp or pork, along with tomatoes and onions and usually some type of soy or fish sauce. Due to the delicate flavor of haricots verts, she went with very minimal additional ingredients and keep to vegetables only."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Rinse the green beans and drain in a colander.

Heat the wok over high heat. Add a small glug of vegetable oil and swirl around immediately.

Add the green beans and a big pinch of sea salt and stir for one minute.
Step 4
Add 2-3 tablespoons water. Continue to stir fry until the beans almost entirely absorb the water (there should be a little bit at the bottom of the pan).
