Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix cream cheese with the relish.
Step 2
Place ham on a clean work surface, spread with cream cheese mixture.
Step 3
Using a vegetable peeler, made long thin ribbons of carrot and cucumber.
Step 4
Place 4 to 5 slices of carrot and cucumber on one half of the ham and roll firmly and seal with a little extra cream cheese mixture, if necessary.
Step 5
Cut roll-ups into 5 to 6 pieces and pack with blanched snow peas and cherry tomatoes in a lunch box with a freezer pack to keep cool.
