Step by Step Method
Step 1
Set oven to 375 degrees F. (preheated)
Step 2
Lightly grease a 10 inch quiche dish.
Step 3
In a large bowl beat milk, eggs, onion powder and garlic together. Then add baking mix, butter and parmesan cheese. (the batter will be lumpy).
Step 4
Stir in broccoli, ham and 8 ounces cheddar cheese.
Step 5
Pour into prepared quiche dish. Place the quiche dish onto another pan just incase some goes over the sides when it is baking.
Step 6
Sprinkle remaining 4 ounces of the cheddar cheese over the top.
Step 7
Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes (or until eggs are set and top is golden brown).
