Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs (large)
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 3/4 cup biscuit baking mix (Bisquick Baking Mix)
  • 1/4 cup butter (very soft or margarine)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 10 ounces broccoli, frozen (one 10 ounce package thawed and drained)
  • 4 ounces mushrooms (one 4 ounce can, sliced, drained)
  • 1 cup cubed cooked ham
  • 12 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded (divided)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Set oven to 375 degrees F. (preheated)

  • Step 2: Lightly grease a 10 inch quiche dish.

  • Step 3: In a large bowl beat milk, eggs, onion powder and garlic together. Then add baking mix, butter and parmesan cheese. (the batter will be lumpy).

  • Step 4: Stir in broccoli, ham and 8 ounces cheddar cheese.

  • Step 5: Pour into prepared quiche dish. Place the quiche dish onto another pan just incase some goes over the sides when it is baking.

  • Step 6: Sprinkle remaining 4 ounces of the cheddar cheese over the top.

  • Step 7: Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes (or until eggs are set and top is golden brown).
